Big Brother Bob Scott and Little Brother Wyatt were matched in October 2015 in the school-based program. Bob decided to become a Big after retirement and his own children had grown. Wyatt’s mother wanted to give him a caring, one-to-one mentor to support him through some difficult personal transitions. Though they are separated by generations, Wyatt and Bob have formed a strong bond. Wyatt’s teacher shared that having Bob as a mentor has helped Wyatt build trust, form better relationships, and make more positive choices at school.
